Staging for full-price offers

I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed working with Cathy during the organization and staging of our home.
I believe our efforts had much to do with the full price offer we received last month.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Working with you was fun and educational.  I felt we worked well as a team and the things I gleaned from
our time together will help me in getting the new home and any future home looking great without spending a fortune.  It still amazes me how just getting the clutter out and moving a few strategic pieces around can make such a difference.  And let’s not forget the lighting. I’ve never been much of a lamp person before and now I’m a firm believer in the wonderful ambiance one can create with a couple well placed lamps in a room.  I especially liked your encouragement along the way, considering the long list of things to do in such a short time!  Your appreciation of my ideas and constructive criticism were well received and I just plain enjoyed it…the end result was definitely worth the long hours.  I found myself several times just sitting in the “new” living room and reading a book or just staring out the window.
How peaceful to have a space to just enjoy “being”.
